"Meredith with the Sycamore Foundation went above and beyond the call of duty. He provided paperwork, pictures and contacts throughout the restoration process. When an issue or topic came up, Meredith immediately set about its resolution. The choices for the topic does not cover all the services he and his company provided. He not only helped with the insurance claims, identifying the initial problem, water and other hidden problems that were able to be alleviated prior to them becoming a major issue but he worked with me throughout the entire project completion in a very professional, courteous manner. This was during a time when contractors were in short supply and he found not only competent contractors in several different areas, he worked with them to restore the house in record time. If there was a problem that came up during the process rather than ignoring it or handing it off, he immediately took care of the resolution. I would recommend Meredith and the Sycamore Foundation without reservation."

"They did an absolutely excellent job on my deck. Couldn't ask for better"

"Good communication, prompt service. Gave us an analysis and didn't exaggerate the problem."

"I regret I have to change my review, however, while satisfied with the water restoration, the remodeling never happened. I was put off for one reason or another. I ended up having to get someone else to finish the project. It would have been better to just tell me in the beginning there was no manpower to proceed with the work instead of wasting 3 to 4 weeks of my precious time, esp. in light of the fact I didn't have a kitchen!"

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"They were more than helpful with the insurance company and saved a lot of hassle ! Very respectful and professional !"

"I had a client who needed a stair railing installed on short notice, and Tanner and his team delivered exceptionally. Even without an in-person visit, they were able to assess exactly what was needed based on a photo I provided. Tanner also reviewed the listing photos and matched the new railing perfectly to the existing railing upstairs, which was an impressive and thoughtful touch. The work was completed within just a couple of days from my initial outreach and exceeded expectations. As a local Realtor, having reliable professionals who can handle smaller, time sensitive projects is invaluable. I will absolutely be calling them again and highly recommend their services."

"Good service. Arrives right on time. Had all the tools he needed. Finished the job in half a day. I am keeping that phone number"
