They completed a thorough investigation for mold and moisture, going under the home, where they identified the mold. They were able to come out quickly after we accepted the quote and were very flexible around my schedule. After they completed the job, they provided a full report that included additional findings about what could have led to the moisture and mold problem, and recommendations for preventative measures. They brought a hydroxyl machine and left it in my home to ensure the air was clear from any lingering smells upon my return, which provided great peace of mind in keeping my family safe.
