"Meredith with the Sycamore Foundation went above and beyond the call of duty. He provided paperwork, pictures and contacts throughout the restoration process. When an issue or topic came up, Meredith immediately set about its resolution. The choices for the topic does not cover all the services he and his company provided. He not only helped with the insurance claims, identifying the initial problem, water and other hidden problems that were able to be alleviated prior to them becoming a major issue but he worked with me throughout the entire project completion in a very professional, courteous manner. This was during a time when contractors were in short supply and he found not only competent contractors in several different areas, he worked with them to restore the house in record time. If there was a problem that came up during the process rather than ignoring it or handing it off, he immediately took care of the resolution. I would recommend Meredith and the Sycamore Foundation without reservation."

"They did a great job! Our home insurance were not easy to deal with but Brian and his team handled it well and were fantastic. We even hired them to fix our porch up to hopefully sell in a few months and it looks great! Would hire again and highly recommend!"

"Tye and his staff did a great job. They were easy to work and professional...they actually went above and beyond to do some finishing touches that we had not discussed. The price was competitive and the job was done in a timely manner. I am glad that i picked EZ Restorations and I will certainly contact them again for any future type jobs."

"Good communication, prompt service. Gave us an analysis and didn't exaggerate the problem."

"I regret I have to change my review, however, while satisfied with the water restoration, the remodeling never happened. I was put off for one reason or another. I ended up having to get someone else to finish the project. It would have been better to just tell me in the beginning there was no manpower to proceed with the work instead of wasting 3 to 4 weeks of my precious time, esp. in light of the fact I didn't have a kitchen!"

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"They were more than helpful with the insurance company and saved a lot of hassle ! Very respectful and professional !"

"Jason and his crew did an outstanding job on our room addition (sunroom). People we know commented on Jason's excellent craftsmanship. In addition, Jason was always open to our feedback and displayed excellent customer service. We are very happy with the finished work and we would highly recommend Moreland Homes!"
