Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects. "Had a plumbing issue that was repaired. However, with that issue came water and drywall damage, all serv Pro service techs did their perspective Jobs above and beyond! The first visit, to assess the services needed, the owner of this Serv Pro (Mr. Troy Voss) came to our home, with his employee to introduce himself and make sure we were given all the pertinent information needed to move forward and he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns up front without hesitation. The final invoice matched the original estimate, the only added fee was for paying on-line with a credit card, this is standard these days per my experience and the fee wasn't above 3% of the total estimate. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again myself, if the need ever arises!
