"There was a project manager for the drying out and for the restoration and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here every day and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. The restoration manager made sure we were happy with all the work and had one or two small things redone or repaired. No complaints and while I would prefer to not to have to use them again I certainly would not hesitate to do so if I had another house disaster."

"Hire this company! To say that Guy and his crew are amazing is an understatement. I love the fact that CRC is a family run business-not some huge impersonal company. CRC focused on what was best for us, not themselves. They combined personal service with their years of knowledge, experience, and the latest technology. They made an otherwise unfortunate situation easier. CRC helped me relax knowing my home was being taken care of. I did my due diligence and interviewed several remediation companies. Certified Restoration Consultants blew the competition away. CRC maintained that dedication through the completion of the job. They even contacted us after the job was done to see if we had any follow up questions or concerns. Hire this company! You will be so glad you did."

"Mr. Jimmie and David worked hard to remove the mold and to install a new sub pump to prevent the problem. I am so glad that we went with them and they charge us a fair price for the services."

"Amazing company! Great customer service, and communication!"

"This is, literally barring disaster, the only time in my life I'll ever have my home roof replaced. The job Rodas did looks excellent, and everything important was fine. But I the roof will have to be on for a few years before I'll really know if it was good job or not. The crew was fast, generally very careful, and appeared to do excellent work. My house and garage took them a day and a bit. They were in a hurry on the second day, and failed to get all the grit off my deck. They also left a couple of pieces of tarpaper stuck behind a downspout above the second-floor level and didn't clean up around and under where they had parked in my alley driveway. Someone came to check the quality of the job a couple of hours after the crew left, noted those problems, and promised to get the crew back to clean them up. But they never showed. This is a minor complaint, but it was irksome."

"Rich H was my project manager. He is a very knowledgeable, customer service oriented and professional guy. I had a problem with the initial shutter installers. Rich solved the problem before it ever became a problem. He was on top of every move taking place and took care of each and every problem. He is a perfectionist and, being one myself, I was very pleased with my final results. I would definitely hire Odyssey again just based on my experience with Rich."
