"Noah and his team addressed my flooding issue on a weekend."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. We wanted to know if we had mold issues from a drain backup in our basement during heavy rains. He checked all areas of concern, explained what he did and didn't see, pointed out the areas that needed addressed. The issues were relatively minor in the scheme of things, but do need taken care of. He told us how WE could take care of it. I will call him if we ever have any other issues and would recommend him to friends and family. If we had needed professional help to clean up any problems, I definitely would have had him do it."

Their customer service was top-notch, and we are so grateful for their help in our time of need. We highly recommend American Property Services for any water damage restoration needs!"

"We hired Advantage Remediation Services to address a mold and radon issue in our recently purchased home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joel did an outstanding job—he successfully reduced the radon levels to a safe range and thoroughly remediated the mold. His attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt confident in his work. He also cleaned out duct work as well as the entire house. After the post-remediation testing, we were thrilled to confirm that our home was safe to occupy.
