"I had them come out to a job for a customer of mine and they were out there within the hour. They were very reasonable with pricing and got everything cleaned up with the quickness. They made it easy to work with and were good with the customer as well. As a contractor I feel as if that’s very important. I will be looking forward to working with them more! Thanks guys!"

"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"American Property Services did a great job at my house in Alexandria. They showed up very fast and quickly restore my house. The water damaged the whole ceiling and the floor. The kitchen cabinets were saved and they had the insurance to pay for them to be replaced. Highly recommend them."

"We were at a loss for who to contact. The googled restoration services and lucky for us I found Dry Run Restoration! Pryce and his team came out to our home within a few hours! They assessed the situation and started the work immediately. We are and were beyond impressed with the job that was done. We would highly recommend Pryce and his team for any restoration work you may need. The best dry restoration company in this and any area! Amy and Jim Hoke"

"This hauler was incredible! Came in early. Polite, helpful, respectful and did a beautiful job removing all the exercise equipment (4), 2 refrigerators, and a lot of containers of stuff. Very Professional. Stephon is wonderful. Will hire him again for future hauling services! Really pleased with him and his helper. Glad he responded to my inquiry."

"John and Ryan were outstanding! Our basement flooded and they were able to come right out and do all the mold remediation. Our basement was a finished basement so they had to remove the carpet and the drywall and make sure the mold was all gone and the basement was perfectly dry and clean. I would highly recommend their services."
