"We came home from work and discovered our toilet supply line had ruptured and caused flooding to our main level and our finished basement. We didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Pride Cleaning and Restoration. I called them right away and was surprised I was able to talk to a person even though it was after 800 PM. I spoke to Jim and he was able to get a crew sent out right away. They worked until 2 AM and had another crew come over in the morning to keep working on saving what they could in my basement including my doll collection that was passed down to me by my grandmother. They also worked with the insurance company and I really felt they were looking out for me and not just the insurance company. Pride made a horrible situation tolerable.
