"The Foundations Works is probably the best choice for any foundation needs.  We noticed several cracks in our home?s foundation so we contacted The Foundation Works for an inspection.  Myron came by and conducted a thorough inspection of my home?s foundation and provided many recommendations to address drainage issues from rainwater that caused several cracks in my home?s foundation.  The pricing for the repairs was very reasonable for all the work that was provided.   We did contact another foundation contractor earlier and the inspector spent half as much time as The Foundation Works inspecting our home and gave  s an estimate of over $9,000 of repairs?we are so glad we did contact The Foundation Works.
We scheduled The Foundation Works to perform the repairs and all repairs were done to our satisfaction.
We sent pictures (via email) to Myron before and after the work was done and he answered all of our questions very thoroughly.  In summary, we are very satisfied with the excellent service provided by The Foundation Works.

"Antonio and his crew did a great job. Great work and communicate very well. Updated me on the progress through out. Recommend them and would use their services again."

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"Customer service was excellent and service was on time/efficient. Pricing was competitive as well."

"The supply line to my refrigerator broke, and there was water all over my kitchen. I called Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga. They answered immediately and had a priority response technician at my home right away to extract water and place drying equipment. I was very pleased with their clean workspace and communication throughout the entire process. They communicated directly with my insurance company which saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency restoration services."
