"We had a crawl space encapsulation and a dehumidifier installation done by VFS in 2018, and each year since, company reps have come back to service the dehumidifier and inspection the crawl space for damage caused by moisture or rodents. On 15 March 2022 John and Kyle came to perform that service. They called to say they were running EARLY and asked if it was OK to come before the scheduled appointment time. I of course said "yes," and they arrived on time, asked if I had any specific concerns they should be aware of, and then proceeded to do their job. When they finished they spent a few minutes letting me know what they saw and what they had done. They were both polite and affable young men, just like the crew that did the encapsulation three years ago. I highly recommend VFS for major projects dependable follow up."

"F&M Services Group did an excellent job replacing my father’s roof. We can’t speak highly enough of Michael and how extremely helpful he was throughout the process. Michael answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the potential canceling of my father’s home owners insurance. My dad and I both agree the installers did an excellent job and we highly recommend F&M Services Group."

"Our steps leading to the deck had collapsed and I thought they needed to be replaced but Mr. Phillips was able to repair them using the existing material at significant savings for me. He also replaced the roofing material on a small screened room on the deck. He and his son were very prompt and reliable and the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!"

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"They did perform the work, same day, very neatly, the gentleman who showed up was the owner of the service, and he was polite, professional, and accommodated the work the same day. I was in a hurry and needed to get some work done quickly; they come out and provide a quote, but indicated their minimum was $500 worth of work to take on the job when Home Advisor had indicated the work was valued at about $400. When we noted a home inspector had indicated the roof 'boots' needed to be replaced, they offered to check on the potential replacements, quote a price, then perform the work the same day. First, they offered a quote for $2,500, which seemed exorbitant for replacing two boots on the roof, then came down to $2,100, then I countered (and they accepted) for $2,000 which included the initial $500 for building the rain dam by the chimney. So honestly, I don't know if I overpaid or paid just about the right price for the boot replacements. Personally, when I review the project and the work, I think $1,000 would have a MORE reasonable price. I would recommend that dealing with ANY roofing repair company to get at least a second quote on the work before accepting the job, even if the company offers to do the work the same day."

"Every person was professional and cordial. The estimator was thorough and explained everything well. The process took three days: one to remove the moldy part of the wall and dry the interior of the wall and carpet, then after letting it dry over the weekend, another came in to plaster, and then the next day another came in to paint and replace the vent and wood trim. He left my place spotless, vacuumed the whole room, and even took the initiative to tighten a screw on my screen door. I highly recommend this company. And if I ever need restoration services again I would call on them. Also, when I pointed out that they didn't need to remove the carpet and pad as estimated, they took the initiative to remove that expense from the invoice without my having to ask for it."

"F&M was selected to take care of our claim through our insurance company when a storm caused a tree to fall on our home. Immediately upon meeting Mike the owner of F&M we were put at ease, assured they would take care of our home repairs from start to finish and return everything to its original condition. F&M went above and beyond, and their work performance far exceeded our expectations. F&M and the team were courteous, professional and had excellent work ethics and skills. We were in good hands throughout the entirety of the project and had solid confidence and assurance in them. Our roof/attic was restored, our interior damages were completely remodeled, and our home has improved greatly in appearance and quality. Thank you, F&M and all who we had the pleasure of meeting for a "job well done"!"

"The service was great. Staff was very professional and took care of the inspection quickly."

"I contacted Mr. Hipp via Angie's List after reading the reviews about his company and the work they have completed for other customers.  He was very prompt in responding to my initial request -- stated he would go by my home and look at the brick steps to my home that had been terribly "repaired" by a contractor.  After several days (he told me he couldn't get out to my house for a few days due to his schedule), he went by and then gave me a quote for the work.  We agreed on the final price and he began and completed the work in two days.  I was really impressed with the communication --- his son coming by after the first day of the work and explaining what work had been done and what would happen the next day.  Mr. Hipp came by this morning to meet with me and to ensure that I was completely happy with the work done.  YES -- the steps look great!!!!  I must say that my front steps and stoop are large and the price may seem high but is reasonable for the size of the project.  I highly recommend Hipp Masonry and will use them in the spring when I have some other work that needs to be done on my home.
