"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

He recommended going with a "Simm" board instead of regular wood trim. The Simm board is very strong, solid white, and is paintable. Jim sent a team of very experienced men who brought everything they needed to set up scaffolding to reach the 3rd story gable and to work safely. They were here for several hours, paying close attention to every detail. They freely asked me for my input along the way to be sure the job met all of my expectations. The difference was incredible. The house looked new again instead of having the rotten trim giving it an aged look. I later had the house painted along with the trim. The trim took the primer and paint very well and has endured through several heavy rain storms. Jim takes his work very seriously and will so what it takes to meet client's need.
