"Ross responded quickly to my request for work on my deck and made sure that the repair and sealing was done to both his and my standards. He and his team handled everything, working quickly to make sure they beat the weather while delivering a great quality product. He stands behind his work, and I would hire him again for future projects."

"The project was to replace all deck floor boards, replace the unsafe deck stairs to the 9 feet high deck with new stringers, steps, kickboards, hand rails, & spindles and spray stain the entire deck. Ross visited the site, explained what should be done to restore my 20 year old, neglected deck, fully answered my questions and provided a reasonable and competitive cost quote. A few days later, he came back with a concise contract spelling out in detail the work he would do and the price. I felt great confidence that he had the skills and experience needed to do a good job and I am totally satisfied with the work that Ross Parker and his helper, Justin did. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"Very reliable, excellent quality of work."

"The work was phenomenal, done in a timely manner, and very professional, courteous, and polite."

"Chris was great. My wife and I had Chris come into replace some bull nose and balusters on an upstairs landing. His work was professional and clean. He took his time to do the work correctly and not cut corners. Before her left I had him quote another job which I will have him complete as soon as I am ready to give it the thumbs up. Great experience. By the way... I did not have a reference for Chris outside of Service Magic reports. Job well done. So if this is your only reference it is a solid reference."

"He had to build 6 feet of the ground, I am very familiar with his work, I have known him for years, Mr. Ward is one of the best I have seen."
