Stewart was very involved in the overall project from start to finish and was very through with the estimate and the terms.
He came out on weekends to review the progress with me and was always going above and beyond. The craftsmanship is some of the best i have seen in a long time. Being in the construction business i appreciate great craftsmanship. Stuart was always making sure that everything was get taken care of and and done properly. If he did not like it he would go the extra mile and have his crew redo it. He even made sure my neighbor was aware of any work near or on his property. The neighbor even hired Stewart to do some work for him. After a heavy rain we noticed some erosion and he had Emerson come out the next day to take care it issue. After the project was complete i notice that Stuart install boat bumpers on my dock that was not part of the project.
I will use Key Largo on my next project.

"Richard arrived on schedule and went right to work. He started on the larger job first which was to cut out the counter top for the cooktop stove. He then installed the cooktop stove. He then made a trip to Home Depot to get the flex vent for installation in my cabinet above the new exhaust fan. He then proceeded to do the sheetrock panels. Richard works efficiently and loves to talk as he works.
