"Orlando Deck & Dock did a wonderful job at building our dock in the Orlando area! Why not hire the best, FIRST? We contacted about 5 companies at the same time, but David of Orlando Deck & Dock was the only one who came out in person, the very next day, to discuss the project. I still believe that the â early bird gets the wormâ . All in all, it was about a 2.5 month time investment, as you are dealing with county permitting, survey and HOA approval, which is the only thing slowing down a dock project. As soon as we got beyond the paper work, the materials were ordered, delivered, and the dock was built over the weekend, by a team of hardworking, talented men, who donâ t mind getting into the lake, no matter what may be swimming around. This is Florida, so gators are very common. I can highly recommend Orlando Deck & Dock, as they guided me through the permitting process. Everything went very smooth from the first meeting to discuss the project, to the final, amazing result !!! Now we get to enjoy our dock, all the incredible wildlife, and go fishing !!! "The project was to install about 60 feet of boardwalk from my backyard to a floating dock, attach a ramp from the dock, provide 120 V power to the walkway, install low voltage lighting to walkway and adjacent cypress trees, and tie lighting control into my pool control panel for time and operation control. The boardwalk went over a dense area of cypress knees which made construction difficult. Jeff was very easy to work with and promptly answered any question I had. The project was completed in a timely manner with top grade materials. I had only one complaint from a neighbor. He said my boardwalk looked so good it made his look bad."
