From our initial meeting to discuss the project, Rick not only showed up, on time, but he and his crew even started earlier than anticipated! The finished project, which consisted of replacing the original deck and adding a pergola, far exceeded our expectations and where there were structural issues in the original framing that was not replaced, those issues were fixed and at a very reasonable price. They left a clean worksite daily and I have yet had to pick up any construction trash left behind from the project. Workmanship, pricing, and everything about the project was outstanding! If you want your deck construction project done right the first time, your only call should be to Cape Fear Deck & Fencing, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend this company."
