"A great attribute of Tom is his ability to skillfuly move around obstacles as they present themselves. He is as well very proactive at getting in front of problems and stopping them before they escalate. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. Tom has a knack for changing directions when presented with new information (the pipe system in the kitchen was quite a challenge). He understands the importance and nature of the problem and which problem to be resolved first and sets realistic time frame. He doesn't rush his work and shows a great attention to detail. I liked the way he was so responsive to my needs and has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy my design visions. He consideres pros and cons of a situation very carefully to work out the most suitable solution. I never had to call him to come back to fix his work. I keep TKL bussines card handy for some future projects. I know whenever I deal with TKL Home Improvement, it will be done right. Cost isn't really a factor because of the quality and responsiveness.

"Met originally with company's owner and job superintendent. They inspected my home and made suggestions to improve my work plan. I wanted quality materials and workmanship. We negotiated a price that was within my budget. Price was reasonable. Work schedule promised was met. Work site well managed. All debris was cleaned up each night. The finished project exceeded my expectations. A few weeks after the original work was completed I had them return to complete another project siding and roofing my garage that was done well. Heartily recommend them for work."

"Eric the owner of the company came out and gave a free estimate of work to be performed. I live over an hour away from where he is located and he had no problem coming out to give the estimate. I got his name from my father that lives in the area where he lives and my dad gave great praise of the work he received and how knowledgeable he was of the work being done, he was respectful and wasn't trying to sell me anything that wasn't necessary to do to get the job done like the other company I had come out to do another estimate. After talking with him and getting the estimate I hired him to do the work. I am not disappointed by my decision to hire him, very pleased with his work and how respectful he was to my property. Did great work and cleaned up after the work was done unlike others I've had do work in my house that have left messes that I've had to clean up.
