"I just wanted to say that I had a very positive experience working with this company over the phone and via e-mail. We were getting bids from many different AC/HVAC companies but Shannon at FIXD Repair was by far the best communicator. She answered all my question, wasn't pushy, responded back quickly and was very pleasant to work with. And they gave me the lowest quote of the six companies that we had come over. The reason we went with a different company was because there was a local company with a slightly higher bid but still comparable. And because FIXD was the only company that did't send a technician out to actually look at the project, so I felt the other companies were able to give a more accurate quote. Also, the B rating from the BBB made me a little bit leery of hiring them. The local company that I hired has an A+ rating with the BBB and being local they have a good presence on social media which helped me feel like I was putting a face to the name and not working with a faceless corporation. In summary, I'm giving FIXED Repair five stars because I personally only have good things to say about them and they were by far the best communicators and best price I would definitely consider using them in the future."
