"I hired him initially to extend my front porch and then build a deck. He did okay, a lot of what he told me he was going to do he didn't, it was mostly minor stuff. The deck itself is solid and nice. I then asked home to come back and do part 2 which was to enclose the deck and he came and gave me an estimate and then he bailed right before work started. There was no money exchange but it messed up all my plans because by that time it was the middle of the summer. This is why I feel he only deserves a B rating."

"Eric the owner of the company came out and gave a free estimate of work to be performed. I live over an hour away from where he is located and he had no problem coming out to give the estimate. I got his name from my father that lives in the area where he lives and my dad gave great praise of the work he received and how knowledgeable he was of the work being done, he was respectful and wasn't trying to sell me anything that wasn't necessary to do to get the job done like the other company I had come out to do another estimate.
