"We hired Brandon to tear down and rebuild our existing deck and screen it in. We also had him cover up our front stairs with composite decking over the concrete. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. He put in long days to complete the projects on time and correctly. All passed city inspections without issues. He was easy to work with and worked with us even as we made last minute changes. We are so impressed with his work that we are bringing him back in the Spring to replace and repair our front door. Don't pass him up!"

"Dan's crew did quality work and completed it quickly. Would hire again."

"I hired him initially to extend my front porch and then build a deck. He did okay, a lot of what he told me he was going to do he didn't, it was mostly minor stuff. The deck itself is solid and nice. I then asked home to come back and do part 2 which was to enclose the deck and he came and gave me an estimate and then he bailed right before work started. There was no money exchange but it messed up all my plans because by that time it was the middle of the summer. This is why I feel he only deserves a B rating."

"Matt was a pleasure to work with on the decking project. He made repairs and added a portion to the deck. It looks wonderful and he was pleasant to talk to while he worked. Would hire again."

"our small project turned out great. will use them again."

"The worked was performed on time and on budget. There are only 2 elite preferred providers of James Hardie Siding in the Chicago area. Chicagoland Builders performed the work for a fraction of the price that the other elite preferred provider proposed, and the work was done beautifully. I would definitely use Chicagoland Builders again."

"Eric arrived on time, did all work and we were able to trust him. In the past we have dealt with companies that we have had to "babysit", we did not have that issue with m.d. all in 1. We were able to go about our daily life knowing that quality work was being done. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend Eric!

"Quick response and turnaround time. I needed work done quickly and they made it happen.Good work. Was a little messier than I would've liked (clean up afterwards), but it won't stop me from calling again for other jobs."
