We set a time for him to come out and do the job. He was on time, even though we had a snowstorm. The covered all of my wood floors in their work area with plastic and tarps. Their work area was sectioned off for safety, which I thought was great. The proceeded to complete the job quickly and with attention to detail! The job turned out perfect.
