"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"i can't say enough about Ultimate Remodelers. James (owner) presented and delivered the best price, service and quality door i could imagine. he was not high pressure and did not try and up-sell me. The process was smooth and professional. When the installers (Dave and Andy) showed up ( a few early) to start staging their tools and material, they came and introduced themselves and explained the process and approx time to complete. "in 2010 I had windows installed along with a front entrance door with a sidebar. Withgin 2 years the paint chipped on the outside and they had to replace the whole thing. Now, just 4 years later, the paint is chipping again, and in addition to that, the window above the front entrance door is now fading due to broken seal.Not what I expected ....."
