She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.
