"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad.
