"Great company to work with. I had a pipe removed from my roof (for a retired wooodstove), and their quote was almost half the price of the four I received. Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."

"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. Universal Windows Direct of Manchester treated my home- as their home, with respect and responsibility. They not only met my concerns, they under promised and very much over delivered. Would I use them again...you bet, in a flash! Thank you Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. Doug Robinson, Derry, NH 03038"

"Devon was amazing! Our home looks brand new! Devon was professional and friendly. Devin came out to give us an estimate when most contractors were too busy to deal with us or were too far away. He came out quickly to give us an estimate and started the project right on time. His price was competitive and the quality of work is exceptional. With all the rain we've had my skylights don't leak! He's coming back to install a new door to the deck soon. He even cleaned up so well that you can't even tell he was here. I highly recommend Devon for all your remodel needs."

"Very prompt and professional, I will have them do any and all our future projects."

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"I have hired Hi Tech Window and Siding over the years to install windows throughout my house, install siding on my house, as well as entry doors and a sliding door that opens to a beautiful deck which they also installed. Needless to say, my wife and I highly recommend Hi Tech. The professionalism exhibited by Hi Tech is second to none. They use quality products, employ knowledgeable, professional craftsmen and most importantly stand behind every installation 100%. I am proud to recommend Hi Tech Window and Siding to everyone who is looking for a quality contractor. There is no better."

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely THRILLED with the work. Quick quote, products exactly what I needed including special order of slider with built in blinds and a custom dog door on the other door. As promised regarding date, amount of time and money. They did a BEAUTIFUL job including some extra finish work and cleaned up when done. I cannot say enough good about this. HIGHLY recommended. I am DEFINITELY calling J A Longden Construction for more projects going forward. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!"

"The rep was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was quick and to the point and helped us find the perfect door"

"We were very pleased with the good communication, flexibility in scheduling, and all around professionalism. The repairs and installation went very smoothly and came out perfectly. Todd was able to tell us exactly what to expect, gave us a binding "not-to-exceed" estimate, and we paid up front for materials only, and labor only upon completion and satisfied with results. Also, it was NO problem whatsoever that we purchased our own vanity. Other places I called tried to discourage this.
Here are the bullets we dodged before finding Todd Booth:
Prior to finding Booth's Home Repair, we tried to have this work done by 2 other companies. The first one also supplies home heating oil as their main business I believe. They had a seemingly junior guy come out to look at the toilet - he said he would get the repair kit, but then just never called us back. When we tried to find out what happened, someone else told us the supplier told them the whole toilet had to be replaced, at a cost to us of around $500. I could not get anyone to explain this to me, I think they just didn't want to do the job, they never even charged us for the evaluation.
The next place we called, never had the plumber call us back, even after multiple conversations with their receptionist. We gave up after three calls to them, and acknowledging that maybe the job was too small to make it worth their time. No job is too small they said, but we never got one call back.
By that time we thought it was just us - our puny job truly wasn't worth anyone's time...But the third try was the charm for sure.
We absolutely plan on having Todd do future work for us - as it turned out, he had worked in our house before we bought it, which was nice because the work he did is great quality, and he's very familiar with the style of home we bought."
