"I stumbled across the owner, James, of Ultimate Remodelers in a panic during the summer. It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. It was an unbelievable act of generosity that quickly earned future business. We then turned to Ultimate Remodelers to install a new front door and, much like our previous experience, everything was done professionally and timely. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority. I grew up with my father always telling me to "have a guy" when it comes to home/car repairs. James from Ultimate Remodelers has earned the title of "my guy" and someone I completely trust, and you should too. He cares for his customers. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. He identified that it was a cosmetic issue, and not the actual cabinets coming away from the wall. He also took the time to come by my place on his way to another job to see it in person. It turned out to be the trim in one area coming loose, and not the cabinets themselves. I know little about cabinetry, so to have someone take the time to allay my fears, was really appreciated. I know this business to be trustworthy and pleasant to work with now, and should the need for home projects come up in the future, I would not hesitate to use Angi, or directly call Perfect Work to do the job.
