"J responded to my request and came to the house within an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable of garage doors. We are all amazed how the door opens smoothly and quietly since he fixed our door. We would hire him again and recommend to anyone."

"The overall price for the door was way over my budget."

"They come on time, are quick, Terry is personable but they are very expensive and want to sell more product- screen doors in this instance. I called to see item could come back out to help repair the existing screen doors and their accountant sent a proposal that was totally unreasonable. Wont call for any other work."

"They replaced one indoor, hollow door. They looked at the door and were able to purchase one to match and then installed it and hauled away the old door. The work went very quickly and the cost was less than I expected. Highly recommend."

"The rep was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was quick and to the point and helped us find the perfect door"

"Unfortunately, no one showed up during the appointed 2-hour period. When I called I was told there had been a mix-up and someone would arrive the following day, which actually happened right at the beginning of the 2-hour period the next day. It was suggested that all 3 of my patio doors could use a re-screening, which I was aware they needed. Within 20 minutes, all 3 doors had been re-screened and were back on track, sliding easily and looking great, and I was only charged for the re-screening. Despite the initial glitch, I would definitely use Patio Door Service again."

"My wife and I were interested in getting new garage doors (wood-look metal) and contacted Mastercraft a company that we had used before. Nigel came to our home and brought brochures showing samples of various garage doors. He took measurements of the garage bays, fully explained the pros and cons of various door types, construction, etc. and recommended that we go to a local manufacturer to view samples. Ultimately, after reviewing some samples and deciding which door type we wanted we contacted Nigel and he provided us with a written estimate and an approximate date that the installation could occur. We accepted the estimate for the doors and added a new garage door opener as well. A couple of weeks later, the new garage doors and new opener were delivered and installed exactly as promised. Nigel did the installation along with Jordan. The work was completed in about 6 hours and our garage and driveway area were cleaned of any work debris, boxes, etc. Nigel carefully explained the operation of our new doors, opener, remote control etc. We tested the doors several times and they were installed flawlessly. Their work was truly and example of skill and professionalism at its finest. Mastercraft is obviously a well-run and highly rated full service garage door company. We recommend this company without reservation and will use them again in the future."

"Prostar Doors came through with a fantastic looking exterior door installation!"

"developLarry arrived on time - actually, he was a few minutes ahead of schedule.  He checked all the locks and suggested I replace the inside key deadbolts as they were a safety concern in the event of a fire.  I agreed; he gave me a discount on the new locks since I had not planned for the expense.  Larry went about the job, working quietly and efficiently - I had another service provider doing some work at the same time.  He completed the changes, tested the locks and then walked with me throughout the house as I tested the locks myself. Because I was completely satisfied with his work, I did tip him.
As the week progressed, my front security door seemed to not work as easily as initially.  I called Larry at 10:15AM on June 3 about adjusting the lock; he came to my home in 20 minutes!  He adjusted the door and it has worked perfectly since that time.  Larry is excellent locksmith; quite knowledgeable and very professional. I have already recommended him to a friend and would not hesitate to utilize his service in the future.
