It was great finding someone that was reasonably priced and worked with me to find the best options for my needs. They are also very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable having them in my home; I could leave them alone to do their work and I never needed to micro manage. I would highly recommend them.

Vinny & John are an excellence contractors. They work with us all the way in each details very carefully. Their attitude and patiences are exceptionally! Communication is very important, we stay in same page all the way through emails to each other. Vinny respond back quickly! Still too early to say but I would want to hire him again to renovate bathroom, dormer, porch & backyard deck although they just done the front entry door, storm door, stairway and closet, their workmanship is beyond the thoughts of other contractors I've experienced with.

Frank was top notch. He was always on time (even though I wasn't) ready to go for the day. We asked for a lot to be done. Walls were moved, plumbing moved. It was a pretty drastic remodel and Frank was able to do all of it and some. His work and that of his crew is great and the bathroom looks gorgeous. They were also very NEAT. Every day they left they made sure that my house wasn't a complete mess. I totally appreciate that. Any questions we had he was always very prompt in addressing them and answering them adequately. I will definitely be using Definitive again for other work that is necessary throughout my home. Frank always said he wants to be our contractor for life, well he's got it!

The project involved careful/accurate measurement, framing, and trim work. The owners worked fast, were very responsive, listened to what the requirements were, and they were very skilled. Provided excellent quality workmanship, at reasonable cost, and they were very neat. I am VERY happy with the project results and will be hiring them again for more projects.

Raj was very communicative and took time to understand exactly what was needed for the projects. The quality of work was excellent and he fixed a few things that I had had two other handymen try to fix and couldn't. Couldn't be happier, recommend fully.
