She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) Here is what they did: HD Extended Cycle Torsion Spring *Replaced 2 Torsion springs 218x25 *Balanced & lubricated door, track & rollers *Performed a visual safety inspection of operation *Installation and labor included All parts are guaranteed for 3 years (unless otherwise stated) and labor for 1 year. We were very satisfied with the work. There was a $100 emergency fee but we expected that and really could not let the work wait until Monday."
