"Consult for our guest bathroom remodel went great! We were expecting the price to be much higher than what we were prepared to pay, but they were kind and offered lots of discounts which actually brought it down below our budget. He was kind and courteous. Gave us lots of good information and even took a look at our other bathroom to give us a rough estimate on our plans for that one. I also prefer giving my business to local family-owned businesses! Excited to see how this turns out!"

"Juan R did a great job with our installation of a dog door. Our door had a small issue due to the design, but he went out of his way to fix the problem and get the job done. Super efficient and friendly guy."

"I can summarize this man, Carlos with one word, PROFESSIONAL, that is what he is. He arrived early, worked in the rain, & I was truly impressed with his attention to detail. He said that he had just recently started this business. I absolutely believe that he will continue to do well, especially when he provides the OUTSTANDING customer service like he showed me today. Thanks again Carlos."

"Jesse did an outstanding job! He transformed our back deck by installing a railing and gutters, He repaired the flooring and the steps leading off the deck and added non-slip strips. He also power-washed the house and, noticing some minor issues, made some additional suggestions and repairs. Jesse was very friendly. and pleasant. The cost was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We recommend Renaissance Property Services wholeheartedly and without reservation. Great job!"
