"Mario is a class guy. He listened to what we wanted and applied his talent to build what we wanted in the way we wanted. After he got to a point, he brought the replacement mantle to our house to make sure the fit was right. It looks AMAZING only 1/3 done! He now has to complete the build and stain & finish. With so many choices of stains, we discussed what needed to be matched and what stain to go with. Again, he listened to what we said and didn't try and convince us of anything-he wanted what we wanted. I plan on writing a review with photos after final installation, but thought a mid-project review was appropriate. Mario is the third carpenter to look at the project. I fired one for unsatisfactory customer service and one never responded back after the initial call. Mario appears to have been the best choice for us. I am VERY pleased."
