"My experience with Jeff Roach and his company has been nothing but outstanding. I needed help over the summer preparing a home for sale. I required 5 acres to be mowed, weed whacked, trimmed, etc. Not only did Jeff and his Team complete this task for multiple weeks over the summer, they went above and beyond. From gathering downed tree branches after storms to helping remove old, dead bushes, trees, and stumps. Oseas came out and I explained what I needed done (cut and install four stair stringers from my deck down 6 feet to a concrete slab.) He gave me a great price and we agreed to do the work. He didn't try to oversell me or push to do the extra work on the stairs - that I really wanted to do myself. Once the work was complete he came out to make sure I was satisfied and even gave me a couple hints on how to finish up. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the price. "Mario is a class guy. He listened to what we wanted and applied his talent to build what we wanted in the way we wanted. After he got to a point, he brought the replacement mantle to our house to make sure the fit was right. It looks AMAZING only 1/3 done! He now has to complete the build and stain & finish. With so many choices of stains, we discussed what needed to be matched and what stain to go with. Again, he listened to what we said and didn't try and convince us of anything-he wanted what we wanted. I plan on writing a review with photos after final installation, but thought a mid-project review was appropriate. Mario is the third carpenter to look at the project. I fired one for unsatisfactory customer service and one never responded back after the initial call. Mario appears to have been the best choice for us. I am VERY pleased."
