"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Well that was easy! First thing I did when subscribing to Angie's List was search for handyman services and I contacted Richard right away. He answered my call right away and was out to check out the job a few days later.  We had several small jobs that needed to be tended to and he addressed everyone on the list no problem!
A part had to be ordered for our door and he took care of doing that for us as well as keep us posted on the status.
What I liked best is that Richard explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I love that because I get to learn what caused the problem in the first place and how it could be prevented or what to look out for if does happen again. He also provides you with all of the receipts if he needed to purchase parts to fix something.
