I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

I am hiring them to paint and remove popcorn from ceiling in two remaining rooms. They are very pleasant, hard-working, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. One couldn’t ask for more. When I went up to see it and pay for the finished job, I was floored by how fantastic it looked. They even took care of a drainage system so the lady downstairs can use her patio without water pouring down when it rains. The deck looks wonderful, feels so stable and secure, and I'm incredibly pleased. If only they were also available for deck work where I live in Rochester!
