"We moved from a rental house to a house we purchased.  The company was quick to get in touch after I contacted them.  Doug came out to give me an estimate.  He's a super friendly guy.  Everyone who I came in contact with was, actually.  I set up a time and they were there just a couple of minutes early.  We walked through and I told the two ladies that showed up to clean what I expected.  Because it was a move out clean, I had a list that the landlord would look at for my deposit return.  They addressed everything on the list!  They worked efficiently and were done in no time.  The place looked great!  
The only problem was that the linoleum on the kitchen/dining room floor was dull and streaked.  Noticeable when you walked in the front door.  I called them up and they sent someone out to mop again.  I don't know what the problem was, as they were using the same cleaner I'd been using on it.  They didn't hesitate and didn't get upset at all when I still wasn't happy with the floor.  What did they do? They brought over a steam cleaner and it was cleaned to my satisfaction.  
Seriously great experience.  Thanks to all of you guys! I will definitely use them again and would recommend!  By the way, they don't just do house cleaning.  They clean ducts, and a whole lot more!  I know it sounds like I work for them or something but I don't.  I was just really impressed with the service.
