"I came to the link to share it with a friend who is looking for a contractor, because I wanted to recommend her to Joseph and Sons and realized I have not written my review yet. I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :)

I met with Angelo the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including deck.

1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond
2. They cleaned up after themselves every time
3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks.
4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best.
5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible.
6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused.
7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out , so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co.
7. I hired him for a few other things at home.
8. They did; new roof, full master bath reno, master wall, second bath ceiling, guest room wall+ceiling, kids room wall + ceiling, second floor whole-way ceiling, kitchen ceiling, deck reno + pain, AC repairs, paint outside and inside, gutters.

They are truly awesome, it was a blessing from heaven having them to help us deal with so much stuff.
If I have more projects to do at home I will be calling Angelo again. "

Several years later they redid a room and now just last week they installed three new Windows. We are hiring the company a 4th time to install a siding glass door. "Do your homework. Make sure that quotes are accompanied by contractors that actually LOOK at the project first before quoting. LGL did just that. Quotes that are obscenely high look like they don't want the job to begin with. LGL was on time, listened to me, workers were clean and efficient. They did an excellent job and cost was more than reasonable compared to competitive quotes. Lennie is a man of his word. Would highly recommend them. "

"Robert Rush was a wonderful contractor to work with. He came to my home on the scheduled day & time; did a thorough assessment of what he felt my problem was concerning water coming into the basement during heavy rainfalls; felt very confident he would be able to correct the problem. He took his time in doing the work and did a thorough cleanup when work was completed. His price was over-the-top fair!! I feel very confident in calling him again for any work I may done on my home in the near future!"
