"The entire experience was excellent. Scott answered all of our many questions in detail. We interviewed many companies, but came back to Zen because of the customer service, guarantee, and high reviews. The doors arrived on time and the installers were incredibly professional and careful. We had a minor issue with the screen soon after installation and Scott took care of it immediately. Highly recommend!"

"We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. I contacted NovaExteriors, made my appointment and they arrived right on time and performed the needed maintenance that was required. The door is back to being perfect. Once again, we were very pleased with NovaExteriors, their prompt arrival and the quality of work. You can't go wrong with NovaExteriors."

"They installed an interior door in our finished basement. They started on time. They finished on time and the door looks like it was always there. They cleaned up nicely after their work was done. We could not be happier with the quality of their work!"

"Joe was great. He installed an electronic door lock and He realigned a side entry door. He changed a light switch in the kitchen and installed a lighting fixture. Heâ s also a cool guy to chat with. Will definitely hire him again."

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"We had two garage doors replaced and could not be happier. Angel did the install and did an incredible job. Angel is the Michelangelo of garage doors. The quality of work was superb. Thanks also to Vick and Alex too. This is a first rate company that will exceed your every expectation!"

"Great job. Two interior doors were replaced; one including the frame. Now we have nice looking new doors. Bobby was professional, efficient, and neat. The price was reasonable. I will definitely hire again. Thanks."
