"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"We are so happy with the entire process of installing new doors in our home. David called us back promptly, showed up on time and was very communicative the entire time. "Richard was very responsive in returning calls and scheduling work. One item that I wanted done was to have a door which sticks adjusted so it didn't stick. It was actually a little worse after he left but with some consistency in the weather, it doesn't stick as much any more."
