"I recently had my OC condo remodeled by Shore Points OC and, Mario and his team were outstanding !! I really can’t say enough good things about the project, but I will try. From the initial meeting with Mario and Melissa, I could tell immediately this was the right choice. They listened to my plans, offered suggestions, and I could tell it would be a “partnership” from the beginning. I wanted someone local for many reasons, and they checked all the boxes. One thing I look for in choosing a contractor, in addition to their work product, is the “business” side of the project. After identifying the work needed, their written proposal was excellent… clear and concise… showing each phase of the project, cost, timing, and importantly, what the owner needed to purchase. This was a COMPLETE remodel of an 1,100 sq ft condo, everything except windows, including demolition, doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, 2 full tiled bathrooms, vinyl flooring, woodwork, electrical, and painting ! Mario, and his subs, also made excellent suggestions, such as shiplap in the living area and the kitchen layout. As I mentioned, using a local contractor and vendors was important. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work as well. Flooring, kitchen, bath, tiling, etc. was excellent, plus Mario’s responsiveness with any questions I had. Finally, I get suspicious with any review that is too good, with no negatives. I can honestly say I had to think hard to come up with something. So looking back, the project took a little longer to complete than estimated. However, since it was off season and I was in no rush, it wasn’t a negative for me at all. In fact, the result was well worth the extra time needed! I will give Shore Points 5 ⭐️ for this project and will absolutely continue to use them for any future work! Thank you!"
