"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

"We needed a custom (person) door installed into our garage, replacing an existing window. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again."

"The team responded right away, quickly gave me a fair estimate, and was able to get working on the project right away. The work (replacing a sliding glass door with french doors) was done very well, with great attention to detail. Would use these guys again for sure."

"Mr. Douglas was very professional and kept in communication throughout his help. I had a front door leaking water into the house and was able to fix my problem with simple solutions. Cost was very reasonable."

"A million thanks to America Glass , Marco , his father and Todd . Being recently widowed I was navigating a situation ( a leaking window ) that would have been something my late husband would have dealt with . I was treated honestly and respectfully by everyone I had contact with , not to forget being made to feel at ease with their polite and friendly manner.. The work was completed in a competent and timely manner . They left my home tidy and clean . I will certainly use this company again if I require similar work and would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you all again ."

"Quality work, knowledgeable, upfront and reasonable pricing. Kyle, who did my job was great and I plan to have him do additional projects in my home. Highly recommend."

"Serge installed our patio sliding door. He did an amazing job! Serge is very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be hiring him again for other projects."

"They were amazing throughout this major project - very prompt, communicative, and professional. The work is very high-quality and we are thrilled with the outcome. Despite being a large project, they finished more than a week ahead of expected, and worked very hard to ensure the house was move-in ready when they finished, as we have a young baby. They were patient with our many requests and modifications to our initial plan. I can't say enough nice things about them! We would to work with them again for all of our future home projects. "

"TLDR: All in all great value, quality, and flexibility. Overall I would absolutely hire Dogwood again. I would only be a little more careful to think of and express important specifications rather than leave anything assumed/unwritten. Dogwood was the only one who walked most of the job and considered challenges for the job before giving the quote. Most other contractors wanted a flat daily rate and made an arbitrary promise to get X done per day. Dogwood instead looked at it and considered the variables, told me what site prep to do, and worked diligently to execute the job. As with any contractor, I recommend putting any discussion and decision into writing. Several agreed topics/decisions and specifications were either forgotten or not followed. Miscommunications and last minute "boots on the ground" adjustments happen. Keeping things clear and written down (even on a post it for an adjustment the crew needs to remember) will help everyone."
