"I contracted Just Stucco to re-stucco my entire house after getting quotes from 4 places. It wasn't cheap, but the quotes from different companies were all in the same ballpark. This is the post-COVID reality. The owner/supervisor was very confident of his price and his company's craft -- there was no pressure sales tactics or mind games at all, which gave me confidence. Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do. Overall I was very satisfied. One always have to wait a bit to see how the new stucco withstand the New Mexico weather, but I don't anticipate problems. "I paid $279 for 4 hours of general contractor work from Hands On Co. I had a list of small jobs I needed done around the house, which I relayed to the owner at our initial meeting. When the workmen showed up at the appointed time, they hadn't been given a clear idea of what they were there for. They were anticipating a one-hour job, and as it was late in the day, we decided to reschedule for the following morning.
They showed up on time the next day, and spent what seemed like a long time dragging all their stuff out of their trailer and into my front yard. In five hours (four plus an extra hour to clean up), the two men completed the installation of an interior door and swapped out the doorknob on the front door. They started, but weren't able to complete, some kitchen shelves I had wanted done. The foreman was friendly enough, but complained at length about everything I asked for. I had to work later that day, so letting them stay longer to finish the job wasn't an option. Really, by the end, I just wanted them to leave.
The work they completed was of good quality. It's possible I was expecting too much, but I felt that they were rather slow at their work. Also, I didn't appreciate all the griping.

For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
