"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"I stumbled across the owner, James, of Ultimate Remodelers in a panic during the summer. It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. It was an unbelievable act of generosity that quickly earned future business. We then turned to Ultimate Remodelers to install a new front door and, much like our previous experience, everything was done professionally and timely. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority. I grew up with my father always telling me to "have a guy" when it comes to home/car repairs. James from Ultimate Remodelers has earned the title of "my guy" and someone I completely trust, and you should too. He cares for his customers. He will give a fair price and the work will not disappoint!"

"Excellent. Kevin figured out the problem with the sliding patio door quickly considering you couldn't visually see the Christmas Decoration that somehow got trapped under the sliding door. He also fixed a crooked sliding closet door and rubber weatherstripping on an interior garage door. He was fantastic and will use him again. No doubt!"

"Quote given by phone and appointment scheduled. Guys communicated by text in advance of arrival on appointment day. Arrived as promised and quickly fixed door. Very friendly interactions. Only strange thing was the repair person said the price was $130, but I had been quoted $80. When I pushed back, he immediately conceded to $80 price. Not sure what happened there, but glad it didn't turn into any conflict."

Was very professional and knowledgeable and offered a better long term solution for the repair. Worked quickly and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone.
