"I used D&H to replace all interior doors, closets included. They were fast to respond with a phone call and follow up quote, which was much lower than competitive local contractors. They hit the ground running and were conscientious of the quality of their work which I am very satisfied with. They always arrived on time, and their work was completed quickly and efficiently with no stopping for long chit chats as typical with many. They use drop cloths and handle all cleanups. They were very professional and I was more than comfortable having them in my home. I plan to use them in the future."

"May 22, 2017 Wonder Windows 634 South Ave. Rochester, NY 14620 Dear People: I am writing to commend to you the presentation, products, crew and workmanship of our recently-completed home window replacement project by Wonder Windows. We were originally referred to you by our neighbors at Silver Lake, NY, Patrick & Julie Bausch, 4112 Lakeside Ave., Silver Lake, NY 14549, on whose home you did a window replacement project, a few years ago. First, let me say that your Sales Representative, Michael Whaley, was very thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the features of the OKNA windows. From the beginning of his presentation, we were impressed with his understanding of the product, thorough discussion of its operation, and we were very pleased when he got to the price for our project. We are also very pleased with the products; triple-pane windows by OKNA, replacement shutters, replacement gable vents and replacement rear entry door. We are already appreciating the heat-deflecting effect of the low-E glass in the window units. The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. In summary, we are very pleased with our new Wonder Windows. Gratefully, Lee & Marci Loomis 74 Copper Woods Pittsford, NY 14634 (585) 738-3079 (mobile & text)"

"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"American Exterior replaced my shed roof, and they did an excellent job. The sales rep arrived at my home on time and provided a quote for job within a short time The quote was well within my budget so I scheduled the job. The employees showed up on time and had the job completed within 3 hours or so. When finished they did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site. I wouldn’t hesitate to have American Exteriors do more work at my home"

"Iâ m very pleased with the workmanship of the work crew. They were very meticulous ensuring the debris was removed from the lawn in addition to adequately addressing solutions to a number tasks requiring skill and knowledge to get the job done right. I appreciate all of the fine detail work that was accomplished of the siding as well as installation of new light fixtures, water spigots, window treatments, and wrap around of the heat pump fixtures and fan. Work on the backyard shed was also flawless with new metal roofing and siding. Additionally, a new customized roll up garage style door was professionally done."
