"The targeted date to begin work was not hit, but otherwise, price and service were very good. The tight fit of the new door is remarkable; which owes to very good craftsmanship.

"We had a top to bottom, excellent experience with the local team from Universal. My wife and I had an in-home consultation, a measurement and the install completed in a little over a months time. As stated in a prior review, the cost is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. Our family could not be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Kyle, Ron, Mike and Dennis for the top-notch service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Universal Windows Direct to any homeowner in need of a new door, installed quickly and by a friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you again!"

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Kenny did an absolutely excellent job installing our sliding door. He hit some emerging challenges along the way and adapted to the circumstances beautifully. We are saving up for a window project and hope to hire him to complete the installation."

"TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."

"It went well. The door does the job. He was professional and personable and did an excellent job"

"Storm Door Pros did a great job on my storm door project. They helped every step of the way, from selecting doors to installing them perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new storm doors."

"Very nice person and respectful of our home."

"Mike kept us updated along the way and overall had a great experience. Our 2 screen door locks hardware In the door frame was so outdated they wouldnâ t latch onto the new screen doors. Mike offered to keep his eyes open for screen door locks that are compatible with ours and offered to come back and put them on!"

"This was not my first experience with Hi Tech. I've had new windows and siding installed, as well as two new doors. The work was done in a timely manner as well as top notch. Because of this wonderful experience, I had no problem hiring them for my new roof. As expected, the installation was done in a timely manner and also top notch. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish."
