"We had a top to bottom, excellent experience with the local team from Universal. My wife and I had an in-home consultation, a measurement and the install completed in a little over a months time. As stated in a prior review, the cost is reflected in the quality of the workmanship. Our family could not be happier with our experience. Big thanks to Kyle, Ron, Mike and Dennis for the top-notch service. I can wholeheartedly recommend Universal Windows Direct to any homeowner in need of a new door, installed quickly and by a friendly, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you again!"

"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Kenny was punctual and professional. He did a very thorough job of installing the storm door - with careful attention to every detail. I could tell he was experienced and capable of doing an excellent job by the way he approached the job and got it done."

"I needed to have a door repaired before winter. The door was warped and for 20 years the door never fit well because it never closed properly or sealed well. AJF took the time to hang the door perfectly. I'm delighted."

"T.J installed our new entrance door 2/28/21. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. T.J and Joe did an excellent job from start to finish. We will be replacing our deck at some point and already told T.J. the job is his."

"I have hired Hi Tech Window and Siding over the years to install windows throughout my house, install siding on my house, as well as entry doors and a sliding door that opens to a beautiful deck which they also installed. Needless to say, my wife and I highly recommend Hi Tech. The professionalism exhibited by Hi Tech is second to none. I am proud to recommend Hi Tech Window and Siding to everyone who is looking for a quality contractor. There is no better."

"Mike kept us updated along the way and overall had a great experience. Our 2 screen door locks hardware In the door frame was so outdated they wouldnâ t latch onto the new screen doors. Mike offered to keep his eyes open for screen door locks that are compatible with ours and offered to come back and put them on!"
