They did weather stripping to seal up the door & silicon for the concrete sealing & even added a "lip" to cover area between the door & concrete to prevent leaves from falling inside there. "It was fair. He was punctual. Had to find the screen door myself but wasn't too bad. Install was fine; he had to touch up a few things afterwards. Door still need some patch up work after install like putting weather strips in to fill a little opening and paint an area."
