"I had called the company for an estimate. He was able to come out the next morning to look over what I needed. He took the appropriate measurements and told me I would have a quote within a couple of days. Once we reviewed the estimate, which was very reasonable, I called Chris to see when he could schedule the work. He was able to get it scheduled within a few days.

He used 4 workers and was able to do all the work within one day. They arrived on time, did all the work within one day, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were very professional and did an outstanding job!

"Very nice workmanship. Communications with the general manager who did the bid process and quarter backed the job were terrible from the beginning. Confusion, lack of response and continued confusion, and ultimately some nastiness by the GM when they weren't finishing the job made it a negative experience. If you're willing to deal with that the work product is pretty good. I went with them because they were the only stone subcontractor I could even get to do a bid. I also asked them for abid to paint the house and they were twice as expensive as the painting sub who ultimately painted my house, more than twice as expensive as the sub I hired to tear down and rebuild a wall, and about 4x expensive as a sub I hired to do some stucco work. So I'm left to wonder whether what I paid for the stone work was equally higher than what I would have paid for the same work by another stone sub."

"From the first day of work, Mr. Sadock and his employees were courteous, polite, and professional at all times. They worked well as a team, were pleasant, reliable, efficient, and hard working. They were puntually there each day to work on time, were well groomed, and eager to begin. We were impressed with the quality of their work, and the way the work was completed.
Each day, focus areas were prepared for work. Our furniture was treated with care, and the walls and floors protected. We were always kept in the loop as to what was happening, and the progress of the overall project. At the end of each day,the work area was cleaned, and materials and tools put away. Our comfort was always a high priority.
When the project was completed, we were asked to do a final walk-through of all the rooms of the house. Mr. Sadock's employees touched up, replaced all light fixtures and vents, thoroughly vacuumed, and cleaned work areas. They did great work.
In the end, we were left with beautiful ceilings. Mr. Sadock, Ygal, personally followed up with us each day to make sure we were pleased with all progress. "David completed my kitchen floor, and I couldn't be happier. After a leaky water line behind my fridge left my floor flooded and un-salvageable, I decided to put out some time and to see if there were any good tile company. I had a few different contractors give estimates, some higher and some lower than David, but I immediately had a great feeling about him as he took the time to explain the process, how he would approach the project, and he paid particular attention to the details that I had initially overlooked (sealing the grout, how tiles line up, pattern ideas, transition pieces, etc.) He started the work early Monday morning (showed up exactly on time), and he was meticulous with the prep work to ensure my place remained clean and un-impacted by the dust. I left him unsupervised the majority of the weekend, trusted him in my place and tried to stay out of his way. I returned to a finished product that was absolutely AMAZING! I'll be honest, I'm pretty fastidious, especially when dealing with something like flooring. With that being said, the tile was put down PERFECTLY! Completely level, cut precisely to the wall, joints are error-free, exceptional work… I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking for a true professional to drive a quality tile project. I asked to get a quote for my ceiling and, I thought oddly, was given one over the phone. I've never had anyone quote a job without seeing and measuring the scope of work.
The quote was much higher than I expected given the price quotes that I had seen from reviews here. For example one from late last year was less than $1.00/sq foot and I was quoted over 2x that much. Maybe prices *have* gone up that much, but between the expense and not actually seeing the job site... I'm going to look elsewhere.
