"The crew showed up every morning on time. They patched/drywalled and textured numerous small areas. The texturing was so good, that it is almost impossible to detect where the repairs where made. They also framed, drywalled and textured the kitchen area for recessed lighting installation. They repaired an area where there was a shower leak. They replaced the drywall and textured an area where a closet had been removed. On every part of the project, they exhibited superior workmanship. And at the end of every day, they cleaned up after themselves. Hire them again? Definitely yes!

"It was a shaky start with some unforeseen obstacles. However, after things settled down Bill got to work and met the deadline that I had originally set. The paint came out great. I needed 2 living rooms and a dining room painted, along with the ceilings in each room. They were able to complete everything in the timeframe given, even after my wife changed her mind on the one of the walls that had already been painted. I had movers coming the next day and Bill even offered to come back the day after the movers to fix any scuffs or scratches that occurred. "Simply outstanding.  The price rating is slightly lower than an A simply because they appear to be the most expensive; however, you get what you pay for.  We interviewed 5+ contractors for the repair job.  Each presented different level of price/product/recommendations on what was needed to repair the original stucco to make it last for 20+ years.  A somewhat complicated solution to fix a crack down the entire side of the home needed to be installed along with some serious freeze/thaw repair on all the parapits.  Work was outstanding and the super + crew assigned to the job was easy to work with.  I watched in the beginning to make sure they were doing what was promised, then gained confidence and quit watching the work.  They are at the top end of the price scale, but I am confident you get everything you pay for with a top quality job.   Having experience with many contractors on upgrades and repairs, these guys are the best contractor I used in the past 10 years in Albuquerque.

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
