Each day, Zohar sent his workers and they arrived on time, worked hard, were polite and cleaned up each day   before leaving.  The project manager Reuven came by regularly to check on the work and see the progress. 
The bathroom that we did with Zohar included a shower, New floor, Paint and bathroom fixtures. 
The materials that we used, were ordered by the office of Zohar and they arrived prior to the time when the workerds needed them. In general, We are happy and we do recommend this company for and remodeling project.

"Cielo construction and the team who was managed and supervised by Sam just finished remodeling the master bathroom remodeling and we are pleased and happy with the end results of the new bathroom.  We hired Sam and his company before on our kitchen remodeling and we were very happy then too. Sam went extra miles on the remodeling and all of that in order to make sure that we got what we want and that we are happy with his work. Sam have great ideas and huge experience in construction and he is thinking outside the box to solve issues no matter how big they are or complicated. No remodel or construction project goes without any problem… even a small one. Sam was able to find solutions very fast to the problems that came up during the remodeling and then executing it. Our house is from the 70’s and we wanted to have a new look and feeling of the bathroom that included a shower system with jets and bath tub and to have all the amenities of a new master bathroom. Sam certainly did that and we love it. What we liked most about the entire process is that it was definitely a hassle free remodeling. After we agreed on the details of the bathroom, Sam took it from there and start to do his magic. I felt the team understood that this is our home not just a job site and treated it as such. "We didn't end up using DryMaster and ended up using a company that my in-laws had used previously. However, if I hadn't had that referral, I would have definitely went with DryMaster. 
We were desperate and wanted the mold cleaned up ASAP. DryMaster's office manager was always on top of things and very communicative. She was able to fit Luis into our schedule the same day I called and Luis actually ended up coming after hours when we were back home from work. He was very professional, courteous, and good about following up the following days. I appreciated that he stayed calm and never tried to scare us in big repairs.

"Granted, the work isn't completely finished, but I wanted to update my review to post how impressed I am. Danny Gold and his crew just completed the tile install phase. They did an extremely complex "wood" tile pattern which looks beautiful in photos and EVEN better in reality. In addition, the bulk of the work and hassles and noise was done remotely while I was out of town. Luis was great an explaining things and even though I wasn't there, I felt everything would be handled with the utmost care and attention to details. Talk about trustworthy!!! Such a gift in a contractor. The tile work cost me a bit more than I expected, but the work was well worth it. They are handling all the extremely annoying inspections (City of Santa Monica slows everything so much!) My shower glass guy was super impressed with the precision of the bathroom. "Like laser crafted" In all, HIGHLY recommend their work!!"

"Ron from Ocean Seven Builders was very friendly and knowledgeable about our roofing needs. We have two buildings  right next to each other that we did at the same time. We were looking for foam roof coating to achieve BOTH complete waterproofing AND absolute thermal insulation. We had several areas that previously leaked. One building we only use on occasion, and would turn on the air conditioner as needed. That building used to get terribly hot in the summer, and would take a while for the air conditioning system to cool off the room, because the roof kept on absorbing and radiating heat from the outside. (No insulation in the attic, and new air conditioning system). Ocean Seven Builders had sprayed in place a foam roofing system with a thickness of 1.5 inches of spray foam that immediately hardens to create a walkable waterproof new roof. They then covered the whole roof with two layers of heat reflecting elastomeric waterproof paint with light reflecting granules. A week later, when we had to use the building, we turned on the air conditioner in anticipation of a crowd coming in. 20 minutes later, the room had cooled down to the point that we didn't need to have the air conditioning running any more. We also did two inches thick on our main building that always had the air conditioning system running, and that system has been running much less often. It is now only turned on half the day. Our leaks have been eliminated."
