"This professional came out same day, no charge, to look at the project for me. I had to do this long distance so he took pictures, laid out his game plan for repairs and inspected the surrounding ceiling and between floor joists to make sure there was no mold or further damage. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of Gary's work! I felt confident and comfortable at all stages of this repair and he worked with my renter's schedule to help us both out and satisfied my buyer with a thorough description of the extent of the damage and how it was repaired. "Super friendly and cooperative with scheduling, etc. Replacement of tile ceiling with drywall overall well done. Only negative is a few places in ceiling not quite flush, seen only when light goes up to ceiling. Overall would definitely recommend!"
