I had to do this long distance so he took pictures, laid out his game plan for repairs and inspected the surrounding ceiling and between floor joists to make sure there was no mold or further damage. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of Gary's work! I felt confident and comfortable at all stages of this repair and he worked with my renter's schedule to help us both out and satisfied my buyer with a thorough description of the extent of the damage and how it was repaired. Juan and his guys are efficient and professional. They always showed up in the estimated time frame. They cleaned up the work area every day before they left and cleaned up at the end of the project. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Jason, the owner, is very responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls. Kitchen ceiling was cracked and falling the day after the estimate and I called Jason and he sent Juan out within an hour or so to brace the ceiling to keep it from falling. This was before I had even signed a contract. He had absolutely no obligation to do that, but I extremely appreciate it. It saved me a mess and damage to deal with.
